Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of our products, all sales of UpBucha kombucha are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products purchased on our website. This policy is in place to ensure that all our customers receive a product of the highest quality, freshness, and food safety. We cannot guarantee the proper handling or storage of a returned product, which could compromise its quality.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your order has been processed and shipped, and it can no longer be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@upbucha.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Damages
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. To assist us in resolving the issue, please contact us at info@upbucha.com and provide the following information:
